Shipping & Trade Terms
Trade Terms We Support
- EXW (Ex Works): you arrange pickup from our warehouse
- FOB (Free On Board): we deliver to the Chinese port; you handle ocean freight
- CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): we arrange freight to your destination port
Other terms can be discussed based on your forwarder arrangement.
Shipping Methods
- Your designated forwarder: we deliver goods to your appointed forwarder or warehouse in China and coordinate handover with them
- Sea freight: the standard option for bulk orders; suitable for full container (FCL) or less-than-container (LCL) loads, arranged under the agreed trade terms
Lead Time Reference
- Stock items: dispatched within days after order confirmation
- Transit time depends on destination and shipping method — we will give you a realistic estimate, not an optimistic promise
Packing
- Standard export cartons; inner boxes or polybags as required
- Container loading photos provided before shipment
Inspection & Claims
- Pre-shipment inspection by our QC team; third-party inspection welcome
- Please check goods upon arrival and report any quality issues with photos within a reasonable period — we handle confirmed claims in good faith
