1. Quotations
Prices shown or quoted are subject to change based on raw material costs, exchange rates and order specifics. A quotation is valid for the period stated in it (or 7 days if not stated).
2. Orders
An order becomes effective when both sides confirm the proforma invoice (PI). Specifications (style, quantity, sizes, packaging) confirmed in the PI prevail.
3. Delivery
Delivery schedules are confirmed in the PI. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure, customs, or buyer-side reasons, but we will always communicate proactively and help resolve issues.
4. Quality & Claims
Goods are inspected before shipment. Please inspect on arrival and report confirmed quality issues with photo/video evidence within a reasonable period. We will negotiate repair, replacement or compensation in good faith.
5. Intellectual Property
Website content (text, images) belongs to SSS Shoes and may not be copied without permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, market loss).
